Initial Consultation or The “First Date”
We begin each new relationship with a free 1 hour consultation. This meeting gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your business. During the meeting we will listen to your goals and discuss possible strategies.
We will then submit a detailed proposal that will include our recommendations, time line and cost estimates. Please contact us to set up a free consultation.
Transparency From The Beginning
Please review the appropriate documents that outline our process for most projects from start to finish. We want our clients to be informed every step of the way.
Homework For Our Initial Consultation
To ensure that our consultation is most productive, please take a moment to think about your marketing goals. Consider your sales goals and how you envision meeting them. Think about what we can do to make your life a bit easier. You should also be prepared to discuss your competitors, your current clients, your services and why you do what you do. This information will allow us to get a clear picture and to propose a winning solution.
The Not So Fine Print
- We require a 50% deposit for most projects
- We do not do speculative work
- We work on a per project basis
- All estimates are valid for 60 days
- All artwork approvals must be given in writing
- Any changes to the project scope (as outlined in the project proposal) will be billed at our hourly rate of $100/hr.
- We do not make entirely flash websites.
- We do not handle the printing of items that we do not design.
- We do not handle or resell hosting. (Although we will assist clients with set up)
